2/09 Woken up by baboons… no joke

Got my phone from the most delightful chap at the Vodafone store in Rundle Mall. Since there is much less at stake with cell phone vendors here and they’re aren’t just paid based on what plans they sell you, they’re actually helpful. Called mom and Kait, heard back from Kait later in the evening. Drank the entire contents of my most awesome Russian flask (roughly 4 shots Jack Daniel’s… so good!) to celebrate. Later in the evening was invited by Canadian neighbor Martina for a glass of wine at the Café around the corner.
