2/16 Now I am a fixture down Rundle Mall

Experienced a bit of Aussie culture tonight after an obscenely long day out with the international crew which included petting koalas, feeding kangaroos, and an arvo of eating chips and downing pints of VB in Victor Harbor. Had an evening at home with three Aussies, drinking two bottles of wine and eating various delectable crackers with smoked cheese. Went to the excellent neighborhood pub for a quiet pint and afterwards took a late night run to a 24 hour bakery on O’Connell Street where I had a very large donut to soak up the alcohol. Got a call from Negin asking if I wanted to trek down to Adelaide proper and meet the UCSB conglomerate at the casino to go clubbing. After my evening I gave an emphatic no—American girls are just too much effort after a long day of moving and longer night of casual drinking.

Drink Count: 7
