First night in my new house, free from the anti-social Chinese kids. Visited the UniBar (pool tables and a stage—it’s cool) for the first time, had a glass of Cooper’s Pale in lieu of lunch. After a movie in Aboriginal and a trip to Hungry Jack’s (Burger King) had two bottles of Cooper’s with Lauren while watching bad Aussie television. Bought my first two bottles of liquor from Woolworth’s in Rundle Mall, cracked open the Jim Beam and had two shots over ice with Lauren’s boyfriend David. Received a custard tart in return which was excellent. Drink count: 5
