Good god, longest and strangest night ever. Started with an Irish coffee around 4:30 with the roomies and then progressed to a double shot of whiskey and a glass of wine with the neighbors and then progressed to a double jack and coke down by the river then to another shot of whiskey and four pints at the pub and finally, late in the night, a final nightcap shot of southern comfort. In between was a lot of live music, a public forum on David Hicks, a very frank discussion about abortion, some wrestling (?) and a long, stumbly midnight stroll with a girl who I'm fairly positive bit me after she fell scaling a fence. Couldn't have been happier to get home and to sleep.
