First up, the 'Koala walk' which did indeed feature some wild koalas doing koala-type things in tress (you know, eating and sleeping and shit)
Today was mostly occupied with the Parndana Wildlife Park, which was about $9 of the coolest shit you could ever see-- hundreds of ridiculously colored parrots, 'roos, koalas, echidnas, cassowarys (dirty dinosaur-lookin' mother fucker below), crocs, wallabies, geese, wombats, water buffalo, llamas, burros, etc. Good stuff. Afterwards: a meandering drive up the north coast stopping at Stokes Bay and then Emu Bay on the way down to Kingscote to get some gas and head back south toward our second place, a decidedly less cool joint that at least gave us stunning views, a tree that 'spoke' to me, and some bomb-ass fresh seafood delivered to your door.
