9/29 Kangaroo Island, Day 3

...And then my dad wanged the rental car. We were cruising around D'estrees Bay soaking in the fine weather when we took a dirt road leading towards Kingscote and eventually the airport. Two cars came at us and we made jokes at their expense (you know, because we're good people) when Papa Bear veered a little too far left. And this was the result-- sorry, Hertz!Kingscote was downright hopping (for a town of 1,800) for the footy Grand Final between Port Adelaide and Geelong. The room was ready for a Port victory, and not ready for the hurt to follow. Geelong won by a solid 116 points-- the biggest ass-kicking in the history of the grand finals. Hahahaha! Take that, Power fans!

Then we flew home, where the entire city was drunk in sorrow. HI-larious. Almost as HI-larious as the pitiful effort the Chargers are making this season. Hahahaha! Being 7,000 miles away doesn't make it any harder to hate!

Drink Count: 3
