Busiest day in a long while today. Got up early and visited the Adelaide Zoo and snapped a lot of awesome pictures. I even made a video of a wombat scratching its ass on a log and if I can figure out how to post that, I will. Went down to the Central Market afterwards. I wasn't really up to fighting a bunch of old Asians, but I did score an entire chicken for $5. Afterwards I bought the cheapest bottle of liquor at Booze Brothers-- a Barossa brandy which is less than great, and still not cheap. Finished off the neighbors' box of wine (one of them at least) then cracked into the brandy while I was writing. I got quite a bit done while the girls were getting trashed in the city, and when they returned we hung out on the porch, where Megan angrily belted out that lovely quote. Drunk neighbors can be quite amusing, if extremely loud.
