A big to-do type day which included a walking tour of two parts of Vila I hadn't yet seen and a walk around the University of the South Pacific Vanuatu campus (the main one is in Suva, Fiji). I took the boat over to Iririki again and climbed the million steps up to the top and took pictures, had a Jill's Cafe breakfast, planned a Wednesday bus tour of Efate and bought some provisions from the Au Bon Marche Numbatu (read: pasta, kleenex, cornflakes and Black whiskey), and found an internet cafe that worked on Island Time. This means the internet was down when I got there, and was supposed to be up in 5 minutes. Half an hour later the guy showed up to fix it, then forgot to inform everyone when the job was done. Finally retired to Susan's to start on said whiskey and Graham Greene's The Power & The Glory. No sign of Tanqueray today. Little bastard is biding his time.Drink Count: 4
